26's are set up for single. That wouldn't be as big of a deal. With the twins back there it's like 10 pounds of **** in a 5 pound bag and getting to the exhaust isn't exactly a simple task.

Yeah thats what i thought after looking at everything. Its pretty crammed on the back side of the motors

OK, So I recived my new tips last night from Hardin. They look NICE! Next logical thing to do is get rid of the old stock tips. I went and loosened all the clamps and pulled the rubber tube up off of the motor side of the tips. the hardware (nuts, lock washers and flat washers) from all the thru bolts. removed as much sealant as I could see from insde the engine bay. then tried to pry them out the back. They move a little but i had to hit them with a deadblow hammer to get that much out of them. am I missing something or are these factory tips just a really tight fit?

Great price on tips BTW they have them on sale and for 4 angle cut internally flapped tips and 4 rubber gasket kits shipped to the house it was only $319.00

I think they are installed with 5200, heat helps loosen it... Once they are out you'll want to 5200 or 4200 the new tips in.

Good luck, let us know how it sounds too!!

Dont use 5200 to put the new ones on.....they will be about impossible to ever get off without messing up the gel coat. I sealed the unused holes with 5200 and reused the rubber gasket and silicone...no issues.

Thanks guys new tips are on! Looks like I just needed to put some MAN on it. Gonna try them out this weekend. I will post something on Monday about the sound difference

I love the new exhaust sounds. Loud as hell and then just hit the button and you almost cant tell the motors are running. Perfect!
