Donzi HIN questions
 

is there anywhere i can type in my HIN and it will give me info on the boat?

The best thing you can do is go on "The Donzi Registry" board and post the HIN and as much info as you can.
There are a few BoatFax type look ups but they will only give you the sales and damage history. Unfortunately the HIN doesn't give quite as much info as a car's VIN.

Breakdown of a HIN
The first three letters are the Manufacturer (DNA)
The next 5 are the serial number.
(Donzi uses 2 digits to signify the model and then 001,002,003, etc for production # that model.)
The last 4 are the date of certification.

By decoding my HIN, my boat was the 7th ZRC built and was certified in Feb. 2003.
When I ran the HIN through boat fax, it showed the hull was built in August 2002. (rigged in the fall and certified in Feb.)

ive been told it is the same hull as proline

Don't have tons of info on this hull, let me do some digging. Not sure about the Pro-line connection, but it does make sense as they did start migrating to modified PL hulls later on.

Would it possible to have my HIN (DNAC2033K596) decoded?

Anyone have any guesses to the gas tank size?

Late ( but only) reply , it should be clearly visible on the stbd side of the transom just under the rub rail . (Unless a prior owner did work that obliterated it )
