Pricing a '96 27zx
 

My parents are looking to move their 1996 27ZX. They're not sure where to price it. Not trying to sell it here, just looking for opinions.

Rebuilt 502 MPI with 10 hours on it. Nice and clean.

$25k

25k seams a bit high. it is a single power with the pre steped hull. good boat but i was thinking 19k.

Where are they gonna be selling it? Just wondering cause im looking for boats right now. Any more info on it?

Kinda what I was thinking. I suggested 21-22K if listed with a broker. 19 on their own.

I think I could sell that boat all day in this area at $25K. I was recently offered slightly more than that for my
25ZX which is essentially the same boat only a year newer. I think it depends on where the boat is located, much like cars...

It wouldnt hurt to list it on here.. I know when i was looking for my new boat i always looked here and at Powerboat listings. there the best two sites for speed boats i think.

Just thought I'd follow up in case anyone was curious. I sold it using eBay about a month ago for $18,500. Took 6 weeks. I'd say there was a moderate amount of interest. Probably two calls a week, but lots of tire kickers. First person that took the time to see it in person bought it.
