Any direction of best place to get this cable and or what size it is would be appreciated

Scott B 06-23-2013 06:10 AM

Nice! Congratulations, your in for a fun summer!

Which cable is it?

mptrimshop 06-23-2013 09:08 AM

Port side trim indicator cable... It's stuck and I don't feel safe running it with out knowing where my drive is

mptrimshop 06-23-2013 09:25 AM

And by port.... I ment starboard....

97FASTech 06-23-2013 09:51 AM

Looks like a teleflex extreme cable 22 ft length.

http://www.teleflex.ru/upload/files/...l%20Cables.pdf

Shop around at different vendors for best price. Just google "teleflex cables".

mptrimshop 06-23-2013 11:42 AM

Can you tell the. 22 foot by the #?

97FASTech 06-23-2013 12:37 PM

CC633 "22" 22 being the length

Most control cables are available in lengths from 6 to 50 feet.See the Teleflex Marine list price sheet for
current offering. Where Part Numbers are indicated, XX = length in feet. Lengths above 30 feet are only
available in two-foot increments (32, 34, 36, etc)

TFXTREME 3300 cable (premium) .... CC633XX

Extreme cables are black in color, regular cables are red.

Thank you fastech, Has anyone tried to cut the bottoms out of any of the cabin seats or bed....... This thing has no storage room..... I just keep thinking there has to be a reason why......

FISHIN SUCKS 06-24-2013 10:39 PM

Congrats on your purchase MP!! Let me know what you find if you cut in the spaces under the seats in the cabin. I am guessing it's filled with foam to meet coast guard requirements for buoyancy.

tom

mptrimshop 06-24-2013 11:30 PM

I hope not...... This boat needs those seat to come off and have storage. The lack of places to store things is re-cock-u-less.

FISHIN SUCKS 06-25-2013 06:30 AM

I'm pickin up what you're layin down, I would like the extra storage as well. If it is foam filled, it could be really messy cleaning that out.

This is the next project.... Someone befor me lefty the ladder down and hit it with the props..... I'm going to have it wielded and then coat it with plastic cost. I'm thinking about taking the bottom rung off so I don't have a chance of having the same problem

Never have yet, we hit the Illinois a few times a year but we do most of our boating up in Lake Geneva, we have a place about 4 blocks from the water. We also hit the Ozarks 1-3 times a summer( depends on fuel cost and how much snow I can plow in the winter).

mptrimshop 07-01-2013 10:11 PM

I have a few friends that do a golf trip up there every year ..... I think I'm going to go next year and bring the boat. Where do you go to the Illinois at?

When we hit the river I always use Illini state park and head up to Morris.
I did not mean to hijack your post, but just wanted to say hello. Boat looks great, so do the "accessories"!

Beachbum28 07-01-2013 10:22 PM

Buy the way we have a great welder here in town that can get your ladder fixed, and re powder coated. Let me know if you are interested.

mptrimshop 07-01-2013 10:35 PM

It's done I just forgot to take some pics ...... Morris is one pool west of where I boat.... But will run in Morris this year to, it only and extra 10 min drive from my house.....

Just call Josh @ Donzidirect.com and see if he has new ones. Josh will probably also know what is under your cabin seats, irt your question about storage.

I installed the three step telescoping ladder. L6T43200. Direct replacement. They also have the factory one.
