I can find kits on line for the drives and tabs but does anyone know where I can find the rectangle one on the transom?

boatzincs.com has them in a zillion sizes. Or unbolt the one you have and go to your local marine store. The hull ones are common sized and you generally just get what fits and they also have variable bolt on ones (they don't have holes, but rather slots, so you can fit them in)
