IF I go for one, I'm totally fine with stock power. 525s or at most, 700/NXTs. Heck I'd even consider one with black motors, albeit there was not one built.
I had my 37' Active Thunder with 496HOs for 12 fantastic years, with over 500 hours on it total, and that setup was fantastic for the boating I do. The motors have never been out of that boat.
I'm seriously bummed that this one is out of reach for now. I do have a standing note into the guy that overseas it in Kuwait that I'm interested when they are done.

I can't say why, but right now I have this draw to "baby blue". I need something in this color. The color on the ZRC was called "Miami Ice", and I think it's similar to the "Ice Blue" that GMC offered on the Denali SUVs only in 2011. Member 'thp500s' wife drives one, and I can't tell you how beautiful that color is on a vehicle in person.

The canopies are one of those things you either like or don't. To me it makes the ZRC unique as the only V-bottom with them except for a couple of one off boats by Kryptonite and a few converted race boats.
The orange boat to me looked better in pics than in person. In person it was more yellow and brown and just didn't have a good overall look. Again, just my opinion.

I have one for sale
I have a 2004 525 staggered boat with SCX4's motors and drives have 2 seasons on them. Less than 50 hrs. Brand new Herrings with about 3 hrs on them. The boat needs nothing. I bought the boat from a friend that owned it for 12 yrs. Tom A knows this boat well. If interested shoot me an email. Its getting listed in the spring for 129k. Email address is [email protected]
