C18 data tag and dash plaque

Just purchased William Clay Ford's C18, s/n 455. Its a 1972 in Detroit Lions colors. The data tag is very hard to read. Does anyone have a source for new data tags? Also the dash plaque that says "custom built for WCF" is hard to read and I would like to find a new reman part. Any help / direction for a new Donzi owner is appreciated.
