Changing Drive Oil

When I change the drive oil, the oil in the reservoir does not drain out. Is it suppose to?

Mine does. Your supply line may be clogged. When you fix it clean your reservoir out. Mine accumulates sludge for some reason.

Try loosen/open cover on resevoir, will flow better. Make sure both plugs removed off drive.

R U sure it isnt draining out with the cap off and both plugs undone? Sometimes that sludge can stick to the sides and make it look kinda full. If it is full loosen the elastic strap holding it to the engine and turn upside down into a platic cup. Then take it off the motor, disconect from the tube, and put a little bit of gasoline in there and swish it around and clean it out. Liquid should flow out the bottom of the tank. If that doesnt let it drain than your tube from the tank to the drive might be clogged.

Mine drains very slowly. I know that the hose and valve are clear.
