SES Replacement drive
 
Has any one had sucsess with the SE116 Alhpa replacment drive they sell on ebay these days ? I see where you can get a new one dilivered to your door with a unconditinal warrenty for $1200 or so. I just wander haw well validated they may be?

That's probably the SEI106 (the Gen I drive) for $1200. The SEI116 is usually about $1400. I'm curious as to someone who actually has experience with them as well.
