Does anyone know if an arneson asd 8 with 1,3 :1 ratio in the drop box can be switched to a different ratio ?

for example there is a set on OSO here with 1,3 :1 drop box
I want to use them for a set 440 yanmars ,but like to have 1:1 ratio,or can I simply turn the gears to let the propshaft turn faster ?

As long as they are ASD8's then yes they can be changed from a 1.32:1 to any of the following:

1:1
1.1:1
1.21:1
1.32:1
1.42:1
1.53:1

Over or under.

Thanks ,so if i switch gears the 1,32:1 becomes a 1: 1,32 right ?
so the propshaft is turning 32% faster than the crankshaft ?
that would be great for a diesel.
