IMCO / Merc lower drive parts question

I need the following parts for a standard height IMCO lower that has a 1-1/4" prop shaft:

down shaft
gear set
all bearings / keepers
retainer
seal kit

Do I need to use IMCO parts or can I use Merc stuff? Whats the best source for these parts? BAM?
