Speed Master Lower

Im Looking At A Boat With Twin 525 Its An 2007 Preowned I Have 2 Questions. 1. When You Plane Off The Props Blow Out I Was Told That Is Normal In A 28 Eliminator Daytona Because Of So Much Torque. Also The Lowers Had A Strange Color In Them Purple And Greens. I Was Told It Was From The River. Any Thoughts Thanks
