trs gear ratio

Are there different gear ratios for trs drives.

If so how to determine correct ratio?

I have two sets of drives and going to make one good set and
want to use correct set up.

Boat 34 scarab-III, 370 hp 454's.

Also, looking for good reputable out drive shop in north Ga.

Thanks,

Give me a call. I've been in the business for 27yrs. and build alot of TRS drives. Most are 1.50 there were some 1.33 gears around then.

That gear set came with a SBC power. I used them in several BBC setup's. 1.50 is the only gear set still avalible.

factory sent me odd gear combination many years ago - part of a "diesel drive" package if I recall correctly; could have been 1.33's, of course the TRII's had 2:1 ratio I think. Best of luck to you - Jeff
