Trim limiters

Does anyone know if they make, and where I can get some kind of travel limit stops to limit how high the trim will go up. Sense I added hyd steering the wing plate will hit my swim platform if I trim too high. I am looking for some kind of mechanical stop. Thanks

You can get them from Merc. You have to take the ram apart to install them . The are black plastic half-moons that fit over the shaft.

Merc Part Number 15768A3. I have two sets in mine to clear a big billet marine top cap. I have run up to 3 sets per drive and that works out nice also. Run at least 2 on an XR with a big top cap. I had a whole bin full of them that I just gave to a buddy of mine.

Do you need a trim cyl reseal kit when you install them?

Thanks guys.

No, all you are going to do is pull the cap with a spanner wrench and snap them on, clean and lube the o-ring before assembly and your good to go.
