How hard is it to install a shortie lower unit? Is it a couple hours or all day job? Can i leave the drive on the boat?

Bravo 1 Just kiding, ya you can leave the drives on the boat. I say 2-3 hours for both. Just unbolt the lower make sure everything is clean bolt the shorty on ,done. Have fun |
