Did you remember the plastic spacer at the trim ram?

She likes to hang on at 90mph?? That makes her a keeper!!

US1 has a good thought there... You could buy a camera and mount it on the transom to watch what might be happening?? They call them lipstick cams.. on ebay. Plug into your video cam that sits in the boat and records..

This is a good one... keep looking, you wil find it.

The spacer is a good one! I let off instantly ONCE and twisted/sheered the yoke (input shaft)

Mr. Gadgets,
Thanks again Dick for fixing my drive!! Greatly appreciated!!!

I think when your pushing a bravo 1 more than you should you have to take off slow and slow down even slower. Thanks for all the help but I'm going to drive her till she dies.

I talked to a Merc tec today and found out the noise is called cluch chatter . What they think the problem is from running a hot foot an they deselerate to quik. They think if I take it out the noise will go away and if I don't I'll twist the shaft in the drive . I'll give it a try and keep you posted.
