Boat is leaking Please Bring Buckets

Ok everyone I am at my wits end on this one. I ran my boat for 15 years most of the time had a leaking boat. I certainly have gone through all of the standard things to check on Bravo's for leaking. Bellows, Shift bellows, exhaust plate, etc. My problems are finally solved I installed brand new HP Transom assemblies this year and 1 New, 1 used XR drives. Great ! no more water in my bilge. WRONG I can't figure this boat out. My bilge pump turns on every 10 to 15 minutes and pumps strong for 15 seconds. Water comes in constantly will at the dock. I have completely dried the bilge and backed it down the ramp with it hooked up to the trailer and got into the engine compartment to try and see the water coming in. I see water coming through the transom near the drive oil line. What else can I check. I pull the drive off and inspect everything over and over and still can't find anything obvious. It's all brand new stuff. I am sick of it. Any Ideas or areas to check please shout out any advice. I have checked and triple checked all O rings, gaskets and replaced. I re caulked and sealed the plug, checked a/c pick up, checked all hoses.

???? Where else could water make it's way into the boat through the transom.

Thanks for any help.!!!

Oh it can be sooooo Decieving....Water can be coming in around your drain plug fitting, taking a path between the layers of glass and coming out by the drive, I Ain't Sh!ttin ya. I had one do it from a transom mount speedo pick up screw that wasn't sealed good enough and the water was coming out the transom assembly 15" away. You gotsta check everything. Good Luck

Ok I hear you. Believe me I feel like I have checked everything. I have resealed the drain plug. I have put caulk min the screw holes holding my drive indicator cable.

Can anyone give me a list of anything else to check. Am I missing something in the transom assembly.

Any more help is appreciated.

Fill it with water on the inside and see where its coming out.

Souds logical But wouldn't water get by the gimbal berring and fill the bellows anyway. I guess if the Bellows didn't leak all the water would just sit in there. ?????

If water should'n get in then it should'n get out either. I would not think you will have to put to much in. If you have thru hull exhaust make sure they are sealed good the holes should be glassed in to seal the transom if not and water gets by it can seep down into the transom and come out some place else. Also check swim platform bolts I had a boat that the bottom bolts were under water while sitting still and they leaked it drove me nuts trying to find that leak.

older 32 fountains with built in swim platform seem to leak at the deck to hull joint behind the rub rail because of how low they sit in rear, and the 35's will do it when the front end is beached, pushing the transom down............? Don't know what you got but I saw that one stump 2 boaters......
