Transom Drive Adapter Plate

A few months back someone on here showed a adapter plate that covered the hole in the transom from a volvo and was drilled and cut to use a bravo drive. It even had a link to one for sale on ebay.Does anyone remember this or have any links or info on these plates?

It's a Mercruiser part, available from your local dealer.

I am thinking about raising my Bravo Drive up 3.5 or 4". Anyone know of a adaptor plate for somthing like that. I have a friend with a welding shop that could make one if I knew I could make it work.

Yes, I saw that. But you need some measurments off of it to determine how high it could be raised. I would like to raise it 3.5 to 4". I would think you would need about 1" of surface area to get a good seal. Depending on how Baja cut the original hole would also have a variable. I talked to my friend last night, he said he could make somthing similar out of steel and have it powercoated.
