TRS Shorter Lower
I feel pretty silly asking this....... but do they make a short lower for TRS drives??
Thanks |
I'm not 100% sure but there are sprotsmaster lowers for the TRS drives which where called #2's I'm not sure if they made a shorty in the sportsmaster series. Not an answer for you but should give you a direction to look.

The SSM#2's were actually deeper than the TRS in order to run larger props.
I know it's the wrong way but, it you want to go deeper, I have a TRS 2" spacer thats taking up space in my garage. |
Yep. Its called a Konrad :D
|
They actually made a shorter upper called a KT I have only ever seen two and one was on a boat in a picture. A guy named Ron from western Pa that was on oso back in the begining had one.

Yup with the Konrad you can go either 1 and 3/4 shorter or I think they even make a drive that is 2" shorter then that.

Thanks for the replies, It seems like my props set really deep compared to others. I see all these different lowers being talked about s&m 3's and 2's and didn't know if any of them were on TRS drives.
The Konrads replace the whole drive right? |

The Konrads replace the whole drive right? The Konrad shorty (X-Factor) is another 1.7" shorter than the standard Konrad lower. If you were incredibly deep, we could raise the propshaft by 3.4" with the optional X-Factor lower. Feel free to give me a call, I'm the Konrad factory rep. Kurt 715-410-0735 |
