I've got one in good shape, but the clutch comes with the upgrade gear set from mercury. You get gears, clutch, springs and bearings with the upgrade. My cone clutch is a take out with about 15 hours in good shape.

This cone clutch is from the updated gear set. $50.00 plus shipping. My understanding is that the updated gear set is the XZ gear with a thicker floor, it is from that gear.
