Zeiger ITS extension box?

1 Attachment(s)
Does anyone have experience or know of someone with experience using the extension box for ITS from Zeiger? I know there are some venders here who carry it, but I would like to hear from someone who has actually used it.

We are a Zeiger dealer, but we have not sold or installed one yet.. If it works as well as their other products I think it will be nice enhancement.. It is nice to have alternatives to Merc's Its & such.. :) Jamie / Lakeside

The test boat was a 38 Top Gun with 900+ Zuls. The testing was done at Lip Ships.

Straight bottom?

I would have thought a 38 TG TS would already be doing 110 with 900 Zuls.

Any issues with the mounting/assembly over time?

For me, it is about dropping the motors. If I were starting from scratch, This is the way I would go.

Try 675 Zuls!!!! 101.6 MPH

900's would run 110+

Rik, have you done any 38 500/525 boats? I know you did bigger powered twin step guns with great results.

They won't drop very much. An inch or two at the most.

Nothing that small for power in the Cig's. I've done Formaula's with 500's and 525's.

Care to share resuls? I figure a 382 goes ~78 w/ 500, and ~80 w/ 525 and bravos.
