30 Velocity drive swap
Would there be a great difference in top speed by changing from nose coned TRS to #3's or Konrads. If I would only pickup 2-3mph it would not be worth it. I have 700hp+ hp and I know the TRS are a weak link but I have three spares so failure right now isn't an issue just more top end. Running 90mph+ now.

The Konrad TRS replacement is 1.7" shorter from input shaft to prop shaft. The majority of TRS conversions gain 3-5 mph in top speed.
Converting to a SSM III is a major re-rig. The transom cut out is different, exhaust mods and the motor needs to be moved back about 3", the trans tailstock is also different. |

5700rpm and Bravo 34's There is still way more speed left in this old school ride. engines will turn 6,200rpm. Next year major test and tune till I hit 105mph minimum!
