Merctrans Sensors/ operating temp and pressure

I want to add some sort of pressure and/or temp sensors to my merctrans. It seems that there is a pressure port already inplace on the transmission. Does anyone out there run any sensors on theirs? Hydraulic pressure? Fluid Temp? If so what is the temp and pressure they are suppose to run at?

Thanks

There is a 1/8 NPT female oil gallery on back of rev/shift selector housing. You can either run a mechanical guage, like a 50-150 psi reading, or put a electronic sender in oil gallery and run a electronic guage. They run around 90-120 psi and temp ranges 120-140 degrees usually, seen them run 160 in larger family boats.
