I know there are some Hustler Slingshot's with your drives, but do you know of any Slingshots that had a Bravo conversion. With stock power what changes in performance could I expect. Thanks, Steve |

Very interesting read. I currently have the SC lowers -2 and am enjoying this read on SCX.

ttt Very informitive thread.

I'm getting close to testing and doing the set up on my boat. I've got 2 sets of SCX lowers one with number 6 shafts and one with the over size shafts for bravo style props. If anyone is interested in buying some SCX lowers I'll likely be selling one set probably the bravo ones. It would be a good way for someone to try the lowers without losing money.
what kind of price are you thinking and what gears , and are they shorty lowers -2 ? thanks , and how did you end up with extras
The lowers are -2(the only size available) 1.5 ratio. I bought the drives complete and then found the lowers with the 6 shafts only they were sct's. 5k for both.
I would have to stick with the 1.36 gears, to bad you dont have the extra uppers !
The point is that even with 1.5 ratio the boat can be ran and evaluated as far as handling with the SCX lowers. If they seem good, then worth changing the gears. If not pass them on and go with sc lowers. I will need 1.10 with bravo props. I plan on trying them just to see how they feel.
