trim motor help. wont work seperatly
 

this boat has dual engines..
we can make both trims go up seperatly but when we try to trim each motor down seperate they both want to go down at the same time??
we see on the one outdrive to trim sensor wires are broke apart would this be are problem. or wiring or the switches?

each trim pump supplies it's own power to the switch, some place it is getting mixed together. I would check the switch first and go from there.

Is this something that just started or did you just get the boat and it was that way when you got it? Ussually something like this I would think would be some one was doing some work and put things back together wrong.

ya bought the boat like this. im finding out the harware this guy loved wire nuts!!!!!
