striped head of bravo one outdrive back cover bolt (hex style)

I recently stripped the head of one of the hex bolt that the bravo outdrive has on the back cover of the housing. Does anyone know of a way to get the bolt out any ideas? almost done with the outdrive and now its a headache trying to get that last bolt out of the back housin cover, I got the other two out but this one is almost impossible now. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Drill it out or see if you can pound a metric socket on it

TIG weld a stainless steel fender washer on it. then you can tig weld a nut on top of that. The heat from the welding process will loosten the bolt and the whole mess should damn near turn out by hand (fingers). WORDS OF CAUTION! Disconnect your ground cables and isolate any computer device on board or anything with sensitive electronics. Make sure there is plenty of ventilation and no build up of explosive fumes. Most important of all is to make sure that the person doing the welding is experienced, skilled and tallented or else you will end up with a mess.
I have used this process when the head was completly sheared off level with the surface. Take your time and it will work out just fine.

drill the head off with a cobalt drill bit and after you remove the cover...pipe wrench.
