How to choose BravoIII Gear ratio?

Hi,

Anyone know how to pick the right one?

This is a new installation in a ~7000lb boat deep v hull, 425hp ho 454.

3000-3500 rpm and a 25knt cruise would be ideal.

Are there any programs out there to help choose?
