Mercruiser Bravo 1

I recently pulled my twin 454's to repair the leaking steering pins,no problems with engine removal,however the exhaust Y-connector will not come off from the front section of the sterndrive.Only two 3/8" head bolts were removed first and this Y-connector is very loose,but it WILL NOT come off.Any clues?

there is 4 bolts 2 on bottom in center.
