XR Gearsets

Does any body know if the XR gearsets are the same as those listed in the Quicksilver catalog as "High performance" gears? I'm about to add a supercharger to my 502 and would like the upper gear case to have a little more "stuff"

XR gears made in the last 5 years or so are prone to
chunking out, cracking and breaking off teeth.

I have a nice collection of each type of
above listed failures:eek:
