Bravo III to standard bravo lower

If I have a 2.43 Bravo III now & put on a regular Bravo lower will that make the ratio 1.65?

yes.

A 2.43:1 B3 and a 1.65:1 B1 both use a 23/30 upper gear set

The B3 is the sweptback style. Will any B1 lower work? I know I need a newer style inner transom plate but what about the transom gimbal assembly. Will any year work as well?
