Satin or paint
 

I´m getting a Imco shorty and don´t know if I should go with paint or satin. Boat stays in brackish water ap. 3 month each season. Will the brackish water destroy the satin surface, or is it possible to protect it?
Any input is appriciated!

If you leave it sitting in brackish water for three months, I don't think anything will protect the finish. I would try Sharkhide. I know people that have put it on and after several trips out in saltwater they still look perfect.
