Question IMCO Shorty Lowers

I have a 29 FT Fountain with twin 500 HP's and Bravo 1's. I have a chance to buy IMCO shorty lowers not sure if 1" or 2" from a buddy of mine for a great price. Any input from anybody would be great as to if you think they would be an improvement. Anybody running shorty's on a Fountain please let me know if you like them. Thanks.

They work either way, 1" or 2". It will depend on the year of your boat for as far as how much you will gain depending on the bottom of the boat.

You will love them. Takes a sec to get used to and will take a little longer to plane but man the boat will handle and run so much better.
