Blackhawk change Bravo XR Imco Shorty??

I am considering putting imco shorties on a 1996 twin 383Whipple(HP 450) scarab P-29. If the p-29 scarabs liked the blackhawk drives then I thought imcos might reproduce that effect. Has anybody tried this, or know of anyone who has? I would like to run in the mid seventies without modifying warrantied power. Any feedback would be appreciated.
