bleeding hydraulic rams on bravo one

Do you have to bleed the rams after you remove them? I had one that was bent. I took it off the boat and had it repaired. theres no fluid inside the ram now. was wondering if there was a procedure to reinstall?

All you should have to do is cycle them a few times and keep an eye on the fluid when trimming up to make sure you dont empty the resirvior.
