Blown yoke seal? Looking for opinions.

I've had completely rotted out transom bolts and transoms and never had that problem. BTW, the older bolts had anode bolts that were in fact designed to erode.

Boating on the muddy mo I have hit submerged stuff & worked the bottom 2 or 4 transom bolts loose causing a leak like you describe just a thought
