Technical info on KONRAD
 

Hello all,

I had a big problem with one of my drives, due to oil leak....bearing had exploded inside the drive.....
Now I need the technical guide to order all of the parts to repair it....try to contact KONRAD yesterday, but still no answer....if someone can help me please...?

You must have had the wrong phone #. They always pickup. Might try to PM Biggus, he will help you out. I never had a problem with Konrad, they always bent over backwards for me. Good luck.
