Looking for a replacement

This site seems the best place to get some answers. I am tired of trying to chase down NLA parts for my Mercruise II "heavy duty" Stern unit.

I am currently plumbed to pull raw water and exhaust thru the hull not the stern unit. What I/O options might I have to keep things that way or will I have to weld up my holes and plumb them thru a newer SternDrive?
