mercury vent kit install for 3.0 sportmaster

im in the process of installing the vent kit for my sportmaster and im not sure were the best place is to mount the tube or whats the best way to mount it? any suggestions?

Cable tie it to the fuel rail. Leave some slack in the vent hose so you can drop the lower.

one more question. were do you feed the line threw under the motor cowling or will i need to drill a small hole? thks for your help
