Water coming from prop
 

I put a used alpha lower on my boat and when I put the muffs on it to check if the new pump I put in was working right, I found it has water coming out of the center of the prop. I still have water coming out of the thru hull ex. and by the gimble. The other drive did not do this and neither does the starbord side.. Do I need to take out a block off plate or something off the old drive ? ..thanks
