Aha, then it all makes sense. I thought the 1.32 only came on the Alpah SS. Well you learn something everyday. And in that case, your slip is 7%, and that is about as perfect as a slip on that kind of hull gets. Labbing your prop could be an option. The 454/330 is build to run between 4200-4600 rpms, so you are not far off and pretty much out of puff after 4600 rpms.
