alpha prop shaft has side to side play

1 of my alphas has some side to side movement, both with move in and out but one will move side to side.

they both rann fine no noise or vibrations last time out just happened to grab the props while on the trailer and noticed it

Carrier bearings or wear on the prop shaft. Or both.
