Merc Throttle Bodies
I want to thank those of you who gave me the info I was looking for.
We now have dual 58mm and Mono-Blade throttle bodies done for the Mercury Racing HP 500 & 525 engines. We are able to bore the Side-mount dual bore Mag style throttle bodies to 70mm and we also contour the throttle shafts. Already have three customers who have sent theirs in. I'm working with OSO to get a banner up for advertising. We are also going to be manufacturing riser spacers to add an oxygen sensor into the exhaust stream for EFI conversions, and have some cool LS engine conversion parts to put modern LS power in your SBC or BBC boat!

I believe this is the one that is similar to the GM LS1&6? A three bolt triangle bolt pattern? We have 90MM models for those but a new flange would have to be welded onto the intake, which we have. If you can post or send me a photo that would be helpful.

To do the sidemount dual bore TB is $280. The throttle body is disassembled, cleaned, machined, throttle shafts contoured, and re-assembled. Stock is 60mm, we go to 70mm.
