Go to a dealer and ask for the two shipping plugs that come in rams or shells. Trim the unit to the top and remove the two hoses with the unit proped up. Put plugs in the holes and unprop overnite. Repeat on the other side. Both rams should hold or theyu have an internal leak. If both test good the pump is faulty or a hose/connections leak.

Fleg1 if you have to buy new pump /Ebay about $200/ $ 230 new pump it was posted on here about 6 weeks ago .
