Thanks for the input, I was just curious. The exceleration on the Shotover River jet boats back in New Zealand were an awesome experience.

think the main thing is to have boat hull that is designed for intended propulsion type. the fast jet boats are designed for feeding jet intake. thought jacuzzi designed rudder for the PBR's to help control swing. 6BTA's or 6V53/8V53 detroits(friend told me DDA maid aluminum 6V53's for PBR's)
