If you got an e-mail in the 2012 December blast, you had a chance to purchase a bravo older belt driven water pump impeller kit at 10% discount.
In January the OSO members who were omited because they own a newer brass gen-7 pump we will offer the 10% for those kits for 30 days.
The simple kit for rebuilding the 496 pump is im496 and if you mention this notification when ordering you obtain the 10% discount.
Unfortunately some owners, upon inspecting the pump you find that sand has created a swirl pattern deep into the brass body. These groves will make the pump perform poorly even with a new impeller. The repair kit im496reb will be given at the same 10% discount for january.
