Gimble Ring Trim Pin Removal Socket

I may be an idiot here, but I have an ITS gimble ring and am trying to remove the two stainless pins on either side that hold the trim cylinders. They are mounted with four fasteners a piece, but the head on them looks like 12 point almost, but with many more and finer teeth. Am I missing something here? Is there a special socket? Am I an idiot?:lolhit:

If it's the same as a "regular" bravo, Merc make a tool that fits it. I bought one off Ebay for $5. Not sure if the ITS are the same?

I use a standard 1/2 drive Craftsman 6 point hex in my (12 point?) gimbal bell ...maybe you have more teeth than 12?

They are 12 point, 1/4" if my memory is right.
