Trim Limit and Trim Position switch adjustment

I adjusted the two 'hockey puck' trim units on my Bravo III outdrives. Two of them had extremely tight screws. One screw actually broke off as I loosened it.

How tight are these normally?

they are not tight, they are corroded in. pretty common as they are two differnt metals and the aluminum corrodes a little and locks them in.

Makes sense. I'll end up replacing several next time I'm wrenching on the boat.

Should I try any anti-seize compound, or just let them be figuring they will be set where they need to be?

Thanks!
