Anyone know what lower unit this is?
 

Came with my boat along with a box of gears/shafts. I was told it was a speed master. Is it worth anything like it is or worth having gears put back in it?

I dont know what its worth but I am rebuiding my Bravo X this winter. I may be interested in buying. I will keep an eye on this thread.

Looks like an Imco lower, not a Sport Master.

It came with a imco upper. Po said he thought something was wrong with lower unit so he took it apart but it ended being forward gear in upper.

That's not an imco upper, unless it is a very early one which is possible. You have the gold bearing carrier for the 1" prop shaft for the lower. It is an imco sc lower std length

That is a stock leanth Imco lower. An early one ,see all the welding on sides to fill the core plugs.

Dam. Only extra parts my boat came with was crap Michigan prop, crap rap CD, and one spark plug, LOL.

Decided to sell this. Make me an offer.
