Drive oil supply leak

I have a bravo drive that leaks where the resivoir supply line meets the drive. It appears to be leaking from where the fitting attaches to the drive. The fitting appears to be plastic. There is very little room to see/work on it. Has anyone else had a problem like this? Can I just replace the fitting? Do I need to remove the water supply elbow to get at it? Thanks in advance.

Yes all the time that plastic fitting even on the Alphas is junk. They can easily be cracked or broken especially while changing the bellows out. I always questioned mark why would they use such a cheap fitting for that.

The fitting comes in from outside the boat. It's easiest to remove an E clip on the fitting inside the boat, remove the helmet with the oil hose, while pushing the fitting out the transom assembly. A new fitting comes with O rings and is about the same price as the O rings by themselves.
Of course, look closely at the fitting before doing all of that. You can just replace the O rings, but they shouldn't be bad, or the female end of the hose. Also check for any binding/pull on the hose that could distort the female end from being on straight.
To remove the female end, push in on the white tab to release it.

Thanks for the help guys! I got the fitting off and it looks cracked. I am going to replace it and hope that takes care of the leak.
