Offshoreonly.com - Trim pump/motor

So last year I notice my port trim was a little slower than starboard side. I just took it out for the first time of the season and everything was great except I think it's even slower this year. I want to fix this before it stops working all together. Are they rebuildable or just buy a new one? Do they come motor and pump assembly or can I just get what I need which I believe is motor. Taking it off. tomorrow and will be able to test it. The fluid is full and clean, although I'm not sure if there is a screen on the pickup that might be clogged? Thanks in advance for any info.
